Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

9AQR («صقر») is a Windows toolkit for players and creators: a clip editor, a game optimizer, a tactical board, a system optimizer and a coach. Using the site or the app means you accept these terms.

Who provides it

• Name: Essa Thamer Alotaibi, owner of the store verified on the Business Platform (منصة أعمال) of the Saudi Business Center, verification no. 0000334748. The verification seal is shown at the bottom of the site's pages.
• Contact: support@9aqr.com

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.

If you are under 18, use the site and the app with your parent's or guardian's consent; purchases are made by them or with their consent.

Plans and prices

The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are monthly or yearly, priced in Saudi riyals on the plans page. A plan switches on as soon as the payment succeeds and does not renew automatically: renew it yourself before it ends, or fall back to the free plan without losing your data. Renewing the same plan early adds the new period after the current one ends.

Prices shown are final and include every fee. No VAT is added, because the provider is not VAT-registered.

Payment and invoice

Payments go through the MyFatoorah payment gateway, by the methods its payment page offers (such as mada and credit cards). You type your card details on the gateway's own page, so we never see or store them. Prices are in Saudi riyals, and your basket stays saved in your browser until you pay or remove it.

After every payment an invoice reaches your registered email with its number, the item, the amount and the plan's dates; it is also on your account page, under payments.

Refund policy

• You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying for any plan: in one press from your account page under “Payments”, from a support chat, or by writing to us from your registered email with your username. A first request inside the window usually goes through at once.
• The Extreme Tweak is not refundable, nor is the “Elite yearly + Extreme Tweak” bundle that contains it, because it is delivered the moment you pay (the kit and the guide). This is stated on the purchase page before you pay. The Elite plans on their own stay within the 7 days.
• After a refund the account returns to the free plan.
• The money goes back to the same way you paid: usually 1–3 business days for mada and 7–14 business days for credit cards, depending on the bank.
• If you were charged but your plan did not switch on, write to us and we will switch it on or refund you in full.

Your page and what you publish

You are responsible for what you publish on your public page. Content that breaks Saudi law, is abusive or misleading, impersonates a person or body, or links to fraud is forbidden. We remove such content and suspend the account where needed, and any visitor can report a page.

Acceptable use

9AQR never modifies game executables or their memory while they run, and offers no cheating tools. It edits the same settings files the games' own menus change, and backs up every change. You are responsible for following the terms of each game you play; using the app to cheat or harm others is forbidden.

System tuning and overclocking

System tweaks and GPU overclocking are optional; every change is backed up and can be undone in one click. Advanced settings carry a warning. You use them at your own risk, and we are not liable for changes made outside the app.

The before-and-after numbers the app shows are approximate and vary from PC to PC with the CPU, graphics card, drivers and temperature; they are not a promise of any result. If you turn on "Share benchmark numbers" (a separate choice, off by default) you agree to them being recorded under a random anonymous id as described in the privacy policy, and you can withdraw at any time.

Intellectual property

The app, the site and the 9AQR and «صقر» marks belong to the service provider. Game names and other trademarks belong to their owners; 9AQR is not affiliated with any game publisher, including Activision, Riot, Valve, EA and Epic.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will announce material changes on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we aim to settle any dispute amicably first, by email.
